Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with the following:
    • Order confirmation details.
    • Shipping confirmation and tracking information (if available).
  • During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays or sales), processing times may extend by an additional 2–3 business days.

Shipping Times

HappyBumz partners with multiple third-party suppliers to fulfill orders, and delivery times depend on the supplier’s location and your destination. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • India: 1–5 business days
  • United States: 7–20 business days
  • Canada: 10–25 business days
  • Europe: 10–25 business days
  • Australia/New Zealand: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of the World: 15–30 business days

Important Notes:

  • These are estimated timelines and are subject to change due to factors such as customs processing, local delivery delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • For remote or rural areas, delivery may take slightly longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination (country and region).
  • Weight and dimensions of the items.

Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions for select regions or order values. Keep an eye on our homepage for current offers!

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if tracking is available).
  • You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery through the carrier’s website.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 48–72 hours to appear in the system after shipping.

Exceptions for Tracking:

  • Some items, particularly those shipped to remote regions, may not have tracking information.

Multiple Packages

  • Your order may arrive in multiple shipments because we source products from different suppliers and warehouses.
  • Each package will have its own tracking number (if available) and may arrive on different days.

Customs and Duties

  • Depending on your country’s regulations, your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival.
  • Customers are responsible for paying any customs or duties fees if applicable.
  • If you are unsure, please check with your local customs office before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must meet the following conditions to qualify for a return:

  • Condition: Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Packaging: Returned in its original packaging, including tags, labels, and accessories.
  • Eligibility: Certain products, like personal care items, undergarments, or custom-made goods, may not qualify for returns due to hygiene or customization reasons.

How to Request a Return

    • Your order number.
    • A detailed reason for the return.
    • Photos of the item (if the item is damaged, defective, or not as described).
  • Our customer support team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide return instructions.
  • Returns should be shipped to the address provided in the return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
    • A defective or damaged product.
    • Incorrect items shipped.
  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-refundable Costs:

  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
  • If the item was part of a free shipping promotion, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with:

  • Photos of the damaged/defective item.
  • Photos of the packaging, including the shipping label.

Once verified, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement item at no extra cost.
  • A full refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Non-returnable/Non-refundable Items

For safety, hygiene, or custom reasons, the following products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personal care items (e.g., skincare, bath products).
  • Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, bras).
  • Custom or made-to-order items.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
