1. Cancellations
At HappyBumz, owned and operated by Dranzo Techlabs LLP, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

2. Refunds
